    Pesticide Safety and Education Program (PSEP) in Tennessee is a statewide educational program with an overall goal to protect the environment and the public health from improper use of pesticides by providing applicator and public education. The primary target audience includes certified and non-certified pesticide applicators of all kinds. The National Pesticide Safety Education Center seeks to strengthen the national system of university extension Pesticide Safety Education Programs by improving the quality, consistency, and accessibility of educational offerings, promoting collaboration and leveraging of educational resources and learning assessment tools, and increasing revenue generation.

This publication is the recommended study guide for the California Department of Pesticide Regulation's private applicator certificate examination.

This book is a valuable tool for growers, farm supervisors, pesticide handlers, and safety trainers. Topics include: how to use pesticide labels. worker protection information. mixing pesticides.
